By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what we collect automatically, and what we receive from third parties (like Apple or Google Sign-In, if used).

Bloomingle uses artificial intelligence to support certain features, including:
These features rely on automated processing of your profile and activity data. Personality and compatibility data derived from your responses is not shown to other users as raw text — it is used only to inform match scoring and your own coaching insights.
We collect your location to show you matches near you and to suggest relevant date venues. You can control location permissions through your device settings at any time. If you disable location access, certain features of the Service (such as nearby match suggestions) may not function correctly.
We do not display your precise location to other users — matches see only an approximate distance or neighborhood-level area.
Photos you upload are stored securely and displayed to other users as part of your profile. Photo verification requires a live selfie, which is compared against your profile photos to confirm a match and is not shared with other users. Verification images are retained only as long as necessary to complete and support the verification process, consistent with our data retention practices described in Section 8.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 10).
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14.
Bloomingle is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a user under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
Bloomingle is currently operated for users in the United States. If we expand to other regions, this section will be updated to reflect applicable cross-border data transfer safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
